Ordering
Information:
You may start the ordering process by visiting our LogoMall – select
your items, view your company’s logo on items, select
quantities, etc. Then just click the Place Order button
to be contacted by a customer service representative to
finish the order by providing you with an estimate and
contract.
You may also place orders in person or over the phone.
Artwork
Transmit your art to us at info@crownprintwear.com. We
will inspect your art at no cost to ensure it meets the
specific requirements needed for a professional result
on the product you selected. Please provide your artwork
as clean line art. Digital images should be layered vector
art (.eps, .ai, .cdr type files). Bitmapped or raster art
is not acceptable. If minor art changes are required, we
will make them free of charge and only with your approval.
For significant modifications, we charge $45.00 per hour
with a $30.00 minimum charge. Images and logos must be
converted to digital images for embroidery. A one time
digitizing fee will apply and is based on the number of
stitches (000’s).
Trademark & Logo Use
By submitting, in any format, a logo or trademark, you
and/or your company are representing that you are authorized
to use it in the method you are requesting. Logos appearing
on this web site are the property of their respective owners,
are used for the purpose of display only, and do not imply
endorsement or recommendation of this site.
Setup Charges
Setup charges cover pre-production costs such as digitizing,
artwork, screen or machine preparation and vary according
to embellishment method. These charges will be clearly
stated in your customized estimate and must be approved
by you in advance. Setup charges generally apply to the
initial order of a specific product.
Over/Under Runs
Due to the manufacturing processes used by our suppliers,
shipping and billing of up to 10% over or under the quantity
ordered may occur. You will be charged for what you actually
received. If an exact quantity is required for items under
$10.00, an additional charge may be incurred and you will
be notified prior to production.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to or paid for by companies, individuals
or organizations in the State of Texas will be charged
8.25% sales tax unless certified as resellers or tax exempt.
Please notify us if your state requires payment of sales
tax on internet orders.
Shipping Information
CrownPrintWear is able to ship orders globally using UPS
and FED EX (unless otherwise requested). Ground service
will be requested unless next day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery
is specified. International shipments will be quoted separately.
Freight charges can be estimated and added to your invoice
when the order is placed, or can be billed to your UPS
or FED EX account. All shipments require a signature at
receipt and are insured. If items are lost or damaged in
transit, claims must be filed by you with the freight carrier.
Methods of Payment
All first-time orders require payment in full when completed
order is received. CrownPrintWear accepts checks, cash,
MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. Unpaid balances
are
subject to 1 1/2 % monthly service fee.
Cancellations/Changes
If the production process has not begun on an order, a
25% re-stocking fee will apply on cancellations or changes.
If production has started, an order cannot be changed or
cancelled.
